The third-generation family business comprises three bakeries in the Klosterneuburg region with a total of 24 employees.
Sourdough is one of the Dacho bakery's trademarks. All breads are made with natural sourdough, shaped by hand and then gently baked in a stone slab oven. Master baker Michael Dacho focuses on tradition and innovation and has proven that both can be combined very well with his 100% rye bread with just three ingredients.
