Icelandic horse stud farm of Babenberg

Description

It is a matter dear to the Islandpferdegestüt Babenberg to introduce horse lovers/enthusiasts of all ages to riding. In order to achieve this, a well-trained team of trained horses and riding instructors is at the disposal of those interested. At the moment, the herd of the four-legged  trainer friends comprises of 14 Icelandic horses and two ponies.

The lessons take place daily except for Tuesdays - We request all those interested to register for riding lessons in the office or at 0676/617 49 92.

Since the handling of horses is part of the training, the riding students are asked to be in the stable half an hour before starting off. During this time, they learn to clean and saddle their horse on their own. Handling the horses is to be carried out at your own risk. Helmets are compulsory for riding lessons and guided rides.
Ten-lesson riding packages are valid for half a year.
