Honey + much more!

Honey, propolis, care products, candles & courses (dates on the homepage!)

10 bee colonies in Warré hives:

The Warré hive was developed by a French priest based on the natural behavior of the bee. It is a square frame system made of wood with the dimensions 300x300x210mm. This gives the bees the feeling of living in a hollow tree - just as they have done for millions of years. It is much smaller than conventional magazines and is therefore not popular because it naturally produces less yield. Another important point is that the bees are allowed to build their natural honeycombs and we interfere with their lives or disturb them as little as possible. They are also left with a large proportion of their own honey for overwintering.

Pressed honey

Our honey is not centrifuged, but gently pressed through several sieves. This process significantly increases the nutritional value and minerals. The pollen content in pressed honey is also almost six times higher than in extracted honey, making it particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. When pressed, the honey is not filtered so clearly, but remains "naturally cloudy". Pressing honey is the oldest method of extracting honey. Even in the Stone Age, people pressed the honeycombs - albeit with their hands.
